For any of you ladies who's husbands are all yours....Don't take them for granted! Appreciate what they do for you, give them their rights, baby them and make them feel loved. Don't let it take another woman to show you how much he really means and how wonderful he really is. Look and see it for yourself. Live without regret!

A very, very, very smart thing. In fact, I think I am going to do just that, when my dearest comes home :P

He's been a little neglected lately.

Hi Vena,

I am a 38-year-old Sikh woman. I have 3 children and am expecting another baby.

At the moment, my husband is all mine, but not for long. He has told me that he would like to take a second wife, who is going to live in the same house.

The reason is that he wants me to go back to work and he wants someone to raise our children well. We have no family support cos his parents have passed away and mine are estranged.

I am devastated. I don't know what to do. Do you have any advice for me?

To the previous post, I know this is very late response but HE should be taking care of you. If you want to stay home and raise the children this is your right, you shouldnt be made to work. He wants a 2nd wife for whatever reason. Blamming it on going back to work is not the true reason but an excuse. I pray Allah has put peace and tranquility in your relationship.
